“Oh my god Chica, I can’t believe it’s been years since I’ve last seen you. I’ve missed you,” Naya greets Bella while she wobbles into LA FAMILIA and gives Naya a bear hug.

“It hasn’t been that long,” Bella laughs.

“Chica, days turned to months and the months felt like years. That communicating over the Internet, texting, and talking doesn’t count. I’ve missed you.”

“Well it still hasn’t been years. But it does feels as if it has,” Bella agrees with her.

“Look at you. Oh My God, you’re ready to drop this load?”

“Yes girl, I only have a few weeks to go,” Bella tells her as they depart from their bear hug.

Naya pulls out Bella’s chair and bows her head as Bella takes her seat. Bella laughs as Naya pulls her closer towards the table and walks over to the opposite side of the table, following suit and taking a seat so that they can start to play catch up.

“So tell me everything. How are you? What’s the nigga name that’s holding my best friend hostage and when can I finally come and visit? I hope you don’t think that when my god babies gets here I will be sitting around waiting on you to finally agree to meet up with me. I did this ‘cause you said you needed time to heal from Santana. Now when my babies get here I’m not trying to hear none of that.”

“Yes ma’am.”

“Good. So tell me everything. What am I missing? What’s going on in Bella’s world?”

Bella smiles.

“First where is my food?” she asks, looking around the table, noticing that Naya only had what she likes scattered around the table.

“Oh, I thought you were standing me up again so I ordered me something to eat but don’t worry Jet’aime will be back soon. I’ll have her whip you up something,” Naya tells her while she takes her fork and spoon from the side of her plate and starts to dig into her food.

“Oh hell no.” Bella takes the fork that is next to her empty plate, reaches over, and takes a piece of meat from Naya’s plate. She gives Naya a devilish look as she puts the meat to her nose, smiling before slowly putting it to her lips, opening her mouth, and placing the meat inside.

“Hmmmm, that is good,” Bella moans out as she chews the meat with her eyes closed, savoring the delicious piece of meat.

“Tell Jet’aime she can cook her ass off. That is the bomb. Can I get another piece?” Bella opens her eyes and laughs as she watches Naya give her a twisted look.

“You can have it,” Naya tells her while she picks up the plate of food and places it in front of Bella.

“Oh for me? Thank you.” Bella laughs while Naya places the plate on top of her empty plate.

“No problem,” Naya says while grabbing her glass and taking a slip of her water.

“I have another order coming.” She smiles.

Bella watches as Jet’aime walks in their direction balancing a tray of food on one side and a few drinks on the other.
